Specifically, we may use your email address, mailing address, phone number, mobile number or fax number to contact you regarding notices, surveys, product alerts, new service or product offerings and communications relevant to your use of our Site. We may generate reports and analysis based on the Registration Information for internal analysis, monitoring and marketing decisions.

We use Usage Data to provide value-added services to our members including without limitation to providing buying pattern and buying behavioral data to our members to facilitate marketing initiatives and decision-making.

Media

Visitor media uploads are currently disabled. If we decide to enable media uploads in the future, the following will apply.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When visitors contact us through the contact form we collect the data shown in the contact form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. The data collected from the contact form is deleted after the communication exchange is completed. If you register for training, the provisions under “User Registration” of this Privacy Policy apply.

Subscription form

When visitors subscribe to our subscription service we collect the name and email address as entered on the subscription form. We may use your subscription information to provide services that you request or to contact you regarding additional services about which Lower Neuse Personal Defense and Safety Academy determines that you might be interested. Specifically, we may use your email address to contact you regarding notices, surveys, product alerts, new service or product offerings and communications relevant to your use of our Site.

Most of our classes are fee based, and require a deposit through a payment gateway.
